At Edmund Dantes Studio, each giclée print is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be:
- In original condition
- Unframed and unmounted
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or has any quality issues:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Return Shipping
For standard returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Use tracked shipping service
- Insure the package for its full value
- Pack securely to prevent damage
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You'll receive email confirmation of the refund
Custom and Special Orders
Custom sizes or special edition prints are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
